Capabilities

Thirteen capabilities. One platform.

What the Telesmart Platform does, named the way a provider would name it, and grouped the way a numbering business actually runs: what you own, how you sell and deliver it, and how you route, charge for and prove it. Each capability states where it stands.

Own the estate

What you hold, and what has happened to it.

Number inventory

What it does

Every number the estate holds in one searchable record: country, type, provider, product, status and assigned customer, with per-number detail, block management, and exports whose columns you choose. Numbers are sourced across several upstream providers rather than one.

Status

Available today

Number lifecycle

What it does

Reserve, allocate, activate, suspend, quarantine, deallocate and reactivate. Individually, in bulk, or on a forward date, with quarantine periods applied automatically on deallocation.

Status

Available today

Audit and history

What it does

Every change recorded against the person who made it, across user actions, orders, provisioning, tariffs, compliance and messaging, plus the full status history of any individual number, exportable.

Status

Available today

Reporting and CDR

What it does

Voice and SMS call detail records, inbound and outbound, with export; inventory and usage reports; and scheduled reports that deliver themselves rather than waiting to be run.

Status

Available today

Sell and provision

How service reaches your customers.

Customers and portals

What it does

Your customers and their sub-customers, each with their own users, roles and permissions, plus a self-service portal where they order, pre-order, buy blocks, port, route, view their call records and manage their own compliance.

Status

Available today · configurable dashboards and saved views planned

Ordering and pre-order

What it does

Number search and purchase, reservation ahead of a full order, purchase orders, channel orders and a cart, with approval routed to the right role before anything executes.

Status

Available today

Provisioning

What it does

Numbers provisioned automatically into the carrier and call-control platforms that carry the service, with provisioning status tracked on every request and a provisioning log behind it.

Status

Available today

Porting

What it does

Port-in as a guided workflow: customer, numbers, compliance documents, then routing. Individually, by block or by range, with per-country porting rules, operators and ranges, and status tracked throughout.

Status

Available today · country connectors commissioned per market

Route, charge and control

How traffic is delivered, priced and kept within the rules.

Routing and trunks

What it does

Voice and SMS routing, routing rules and origination routing; SIP trunks, service trunks and templated trunk provisioning, configured, requested and listed in one place.

Status

Available today

Outbound voice

What it does

Destinations and their dial-code breakouts, held with effective dates, routed across primary and secondary providers per destination, with outbound provider, customer and portal tariffs alongside.

Status

Available today

Tariffs and charging

What it does

Provider, customer, master and channel tariffs, with non-recurring and monthly recurring charges, time-of-day rates, connect fees, port-in and port-out fees, rounding, currencies and exchange rates. Rate cards import as a file.

Status

Available today

Invoicing and credit

What it does

Invoices and generated invoices, invoicing entities, provider reconciliation, customer credit and credit exposure, from the same platform that runs the numbers.

Status

Available today · pro-rata charging in development

Compliance and evidence

What it does

Define what each product and country requires: form fields, documents, restrictions and template files. Collect it once at onboarding, and reuse verified evidence across orders, pre-orders and ports until it expires. Anything that breaches the rules is declined at the moment it is attempted.

Status

Available today · one consistent policy engine planned

Capability is always presented as it stands.

Every capability above is legible as available today, or available today with a named part still in development or planned, never blurred, and never stated more strongly than the platform supports. Where a capability is not delivered, it is not listed here. What Telesmart expects to build beyond telephone numbers is direction, and direction is argued in its own place rather than presented alongside delivery.
